RATES:
$175 – $220 weekly
(Rates are dependant on length of initial commitment. Save $20 per week by committing and paying to a 5 week stay upfront).
Initial commitment period will secure the ongoing rate, which can then be paid weekly should the tenancy continue, beyond the initial committment period.

ENTRY COSTS:
Bond: $250
Vacate room clean fee: $100 (paid on entry)
