Office 2: First-floor glass-fronted office (approx 3 m x 2.5 m) with furniture, internet points, lighting, carpet and a lockable door. $200 per week + GST or $40 per day + GST.
This professional business hub offers a ground floor shared entry, shared toilets (including a disabled toilet downstairs) and shared client parking, security (card) access and office furniture can be provided. Electricity, water and internet usage are included in the rent. All you’ll need is your own phone and laptop.
Office hours strictly: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Hot-desking may be considered for the right applicant with rent charged on a daily basis.
