In a market where properties are getting snapped up in the first week or even the first day, we feel to be fair to both sellers and buyers, it is appropriate and important that negotiations are held in a manner that is transparent and able to give buyers ample opportunity to view the property, around their already busy schedules.
We also understand that negotiating to buy a property where there are multiple offers, written behind closed doors, creates an environment that is uncomfortable for the buyer, and also the agent as our integrity invariably comes into question.
An Auction provides an environment that is honest. You can see the other buyers and their bid (or offer), vendor bids are called as vendor bids by the agent or the auctioneer, and the feeling of am I paying too much is lessened by the fact that if you didn’t buy the property for that price, someone else would have.
Also our Auctions are held in our offices at 84 Gilbertson Rd, Kardinya, not exposed out in the street for all to see.
