OUTSTANDING STRATA LEVIES:
The selling agent discloses that the sum of AUD$12,070.13 pertaining to unpaid strata levies remains unpaid by the proprietor. Should the sale of the property not recoup sufficient funds to clear this debt, the buyer shall become liable for any outstanding strata levies at settlement.
