The main shed has been fitted out with a living area & kitchen plus a bathroom and can be used as a weekender but is not approved as a dwelling. Septics & drainage have been installed to the correct standards along with the electrical wiring although mains power is not connected (runs using a generator). But what a great opportunity to go off grid with a solar system of your own and live the good life. All of the furniture plant & equipment is sold with the property (walk-in, walk-out), so all you need is your bags.

The other shed is fully lined and enclosed and could be used as a studio or workshop having access to water.
