Tenants with the “Greenest thumbs” currently reside here, they are growing the healthiest Vegies I have ever seen….Tenants have been given notice and will vacate the cottage by the 14th January 2010
Over all this Property is quite unique…being over 90 Acres ( approx 30 Acres pasture and the rest covered in Native Trees and Wildflowers ) boasting 2 unserviced potable wells, large General purpose Shed , various other out buildings ,fruit Trees …..and ……on the Perth side of Bakers Hill….what more could you want?
