Made up of three historic buildings, here lies an opportunity to take on a piece of history and make it your own. Featuring an old shed that was once the town’s bank, the ‘store’ which has been partially restored, ready to tailor to your tastes and a large weatherboard era featured 4 bedroom home with numerous original characteristics including arched hallway, original fire places, timber mantels and a wood stove and not to mention a huge back yard featuring a 120 year old English elm.

The Store was part of the town’s hotel until 1878 when WT Hoare purchased the store business. He encouraged Robert Taylor to build a new store in 1880. Partially burnt down in 1930, new walls were built.
The Edwardian style weather board home, also built for Hoare, is where he lived while running an extensive business throughout West Wimmera. Named ‘Coleman’s Store’ the business was known far and wide.
After many successful years, it closed in 1980.
