1. Total price to be paid for business including Fixtures and fittings – Nil
2. Current sales $6000 per week
3. Take over balance of the Lease to April 31 2018 current monthly rental $7575 + GST
4. Negotiate a new Lease with Landlord. We believe that the following conditions may be acceptable to Landlord:
a. 5 years Lease
b. New Rental estimate $7000 + GST including outgoings plus water charges
c. Escalation 3.5%
d. Demolition Clause compensation to be negotiated in the event of demolition
e. Permission to install small new kitchen possible.
f. 3 6 months rental guarantee required
