- Blue Penguin Farm business-a small business and social media presence has been established to sell farm produce, participate at farmer’s markets and events, and to provide space for on-site food functions. This business may be expanded if desired.
- Grass fed beef and lamb are currently grown to meet household needs, with the remaining animals sold for profit.

Additional features that are established and are utilized on the property that may be included in addition to purchase as advertised are a Yyurt erected on the property that can be used for visitors or as an outdoor all-purpose room, currently utilized as cellar door reception area. The yurt is 6.3 meters in diameter and functions as a small 1-bedroom house that is well protected from the weather. It has been erected on top of a large deck.
