Our family has enjoyed 19 years at our unit. Until recently the unit has been a holiday rental, though we usually spent Xmas and New Year at Sundeck Gardens after booking 12 months in advance (the unit occupancy has always been very high).
The complex has absolute beach frontage and a large park across the very quiet street. It is an easy walk to numerous restaurants and cafes in the area including down to Cotton Tree. The Maroochydore surf club with a patrolled beach is nearby.

The complex, though older, benefits from quality construction and very generous room proportions, together with a lift. There is one underground carpark and a large lockable storage shed adjacent to the carpark. Swim year round in the large heated pool with spa,sauna and barbecue area or in the unheated pool at the front of the complex.

The unit features 2 large bedrooms including an ensuite and walk in robe as well as a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a bath. The unit has been well maintained and the air conditioning unit replaced several years ago. Recently new carpet has been laid, there are new light fittings, quality glazing and window furnishings, as well as painting.
The sole use rooftop terrace is fantastic as the unit is on the end of the complex with terrific ocean views. The roof top spa and shade make for a sensational entertainment area to use by day or night.
Our family has grown and we have decided that it is time to change direction and sell the property to a new family or perhaps a permanent resident.
