Don’t think that I have finished! There is a 4-bay shed with a fully equipped Granny Flat (not Council approved) with a wood heater in the lounge, one bedroom, shower/toilet, kitchenette. This takes up part of the shed, then you have a workshop with two high roller doors and a mezzanine. The property backs onto some natural bush (approximately 1 acre).
There are 20 solar panels on the roof with a 5kW inverter, Gas Hot Water System, a 22,000 inground water tank servicing the main house; the second dwelling is connected to town water.
