My owners fell in love with me the first time they saw me, I am over 100 years old, I am very little but I am very cute!

I would have been one of the original workers cottages that housed the workers from the North Ipswich Railway Workshops and whilst I only have 1 bedroom, I was home to many a family over the years.

Several owners have added to my floor plan and my stumps are not the best so my owner has taken into consideration all of the work I require and has priced me to sell.

I am quirky and crooked, my doors don’t all align and my floor is not level but let’s see you in 120 years’ time and see how you look, but seriously I would renovate up a treat, my agent calls me the Alice in Wonderland House because there was a house just like me in the famous Alice In Wonderland story.

I have been rented out for many years at $220 per week and people have loved living here because they are so close to the Ipswich CBD, the Ipswich hospital and there are 2 local Schools only a short walk away.

I did not flood in 2011 and whilst I have a smaller block of land there is actually plenty of room for kids to play and pets to run around.

I am now looking for a new owner to love me and renovate me so that I can be rented out to a new tenant, or I may just be the perfect home for a nice young couple.

To book a viewing please contact my listing Agent Glenn Ball at First National Action Realty Ipswich, he sold just shy of 100 homes last year alone and he said I won’t last long.
