By throwing open the folding timber doors either upstairs or downstairs you are immediately drawn outside to the Georgian style pool, the wide canal with sandy beach and the skyline views.

It’s such fun to be able to locate where in Broadbeach you might go for dinner from your own balcony. With four bedrooms & four bathrooms it is currently holiday let (although can be purchased to live in) and has the capabilities to be a six bedroom home if required.

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Here is the casual living and dining area that opens up to the pool with indoor dining and TV. Upstairs is a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge rumpus room with large screen TV.

Covered patios upstairs and downstairs are great for sunset drinks and evening meals as the lights of Broadbeach twinkle on the horizon.

The proximity to main river and the floating pontoon make it ideal if you have a jetski or boat or even if you have friends on the Gold Coast with leisure craft who come to pick you up.

Broadbeach Waters is central to the Gold Coast just a few minutes from the golden sands and deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Around the corner is Q-Super Centre with brand name supermarkets and cosy restaurants. Pacific Fair is walking distance and Robina Town Centre is a short drive away for all your shopping needs and a little further is Harbour Town for cut price brand name bargains.

Theme Parks – Seaworld, Wet Wild, Movie World, White Water World & Dreamworld – are a quick 20 minutes away and Byron Bay is worth a trip in under an hour by freeway.

The excitement of the Broadwater is just past of the glitz of Surfers Paradise and family friendly Broadbeach with its alfresco eateries is just beyond your doorstep.
