This seems a good little investment for anyone interested in Real Estate. Even more so now that it has been slashed by another $15,000. I haven’t been inside but did a drive by and took some shots. The Property is tenanted and looks like it has been fairly well looked after. This would be the best buy on the books in this price range at present but just like anything else in this price range it will need some work.
