They have loved me so much it has taken them 6 months to put me on the market and they are really torn to leave me, but they have to go and I’m sad I NEED SOMEONE OR SOME FAMILY TO LOVE ME NOW.

I’m sitting so close to the ocean you can smell it and with my 1000sqm of land, my present owners have made a small piece of heaven for me. I’m surrounded by a dog proof fence and my gardens are immaculate, easy maintenance too and my lawns are something my neighbours talk about. There is a small garden locker hidden away at the back of me to keep all the garden tools tidy and out of the weather and what’s more I even have a 6X3 man shed connected to me with a weather proof walk way. My present owners have a caravan as well and this sits neatly on its own personal pad tucked in the front corner away from everyone.

Me? Well I have 3 bedrooms all oversize and all with built ins. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk in robe and for the rest of the family or when there are guests over I have a very nice second bathroom and second toilet.

My kitchen is a chef’s dream because there is room enough for a party or two and it’s modern with wall oven, hot plates and a dishwasher. My present owner is very fussy about neatness and this you will see when you walk through the front door. I’m very wheel chair friendly, the kitchen over looks the lounge TV area with a very special and separate dining room. I do have a media room of sorts and between the dining room and the media room is a brilliant little alfresco area, which compliments my other two patio areas.
