Location: Comanche is located in the Glenroy district 1* hour drive to the City of Rockhampton (86* kilometres) and 1* hour to the township of Marlborough (72* kilometres).

Area and tenure: 7,599.592* hectares – 18,778* acres, tenure is freehold.

Markets: 2 export abattoirs situated in Rockhampton (Teys Australia and JBS) and Borthwicks
Mackay. Central Queensland Livestock Exchange at Gracemere.

Country: Excellent mixture of frost free softwood, brigalow and belah scrub, rich alluvial river flats
with bottletree and bauhinia. Comanche enjoys 9* kilometres single frontage to the Fitzroy River.
