The bones are good and this great highset is in a ‘walk to everything’ position. There’s a concrete tile roof, brick apron at front, chamfer board on the second level and a handy versatile design. Downstairs is a second loo and rumpus/utility area. The schools, shops, parks, doctors etc only a short stroll away. Needs cosmetic work but great buying at this price.
