The new owners snapped it up and over the years they lovingly added another lounge room and covered entertaining deck to capitalise on the private backyard with natural rock wall garden.

They added a big garage and extra height carport to house the boat and caravan which so many people are looking for.

They cleverly designed a laundry that creates work space and extra storage that you have to inspect to appreciate.

But never once did they want to change the quaint street appeal of the original facade that they fell in love with.

It still looks like a picture book cottage but is bigger than you think when you step inside.
