Why Buy A Beachfront Apartment? That’s a great question and I am going to get a few opinions as to why owning a beachfront apartment could change your life. I recently interviewed a selection of staff members from Property Central to find out why owning a beachfront property is a great idea.

Jo: Waking up every morning and taking a stroll along the beach would be fantastic because you never know when the end might come, so live the moment.

Barry: I like going to the beach because the waves make me happy and I like to go fishing off the beach.

Justin: It’s all about the lifestyle man, seriously, how good would it be to have the worlds best playground at your front door. You can walk along the beach to the cafes at Terrigal, then take a ride on the paddleboats just around the corner.

Morgan: Surfing is great, I wish I could surf, it looks like fun, but hey, the scenery is pretty good at the beach.

Jamie: It’s just a great time to buy beach front property, the prices are cheap, the council has abandoned its stupid policy on rising sea levels and this place is located in the best street on the entire Central Coast.

De: It would be awesome to just sit back on your own balcony catching the sea breeze, sipping cocktails with my friends and watching spunky guys in their budgy smugglers.

Corey: God certainly got it right when he invented women, and that bloke who invented the bikini deserves a medal, so I would spend all my available time people watching off my balcony if I owned a beachfront.

Mel: Sand, sun, beach and surf… what more could you want, there is no better way to spend a day with your family.

Wow, the team at Property central certainly are a weird bunch but I reckon they are 100% spot on about this property. Great location, great building and the best apartment in the block.
