Owners’ Comment:
We have greatly enjoyed living in this townhouse in Yarralumla. It is very spacious and
with four balconies and great views we have been able to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle of
bbq’s in the warm weather.

An important factor for us living here has been the accessibility of both the closeness to
the city for work, a ten minute drive and as we travel extensively, the airport is a ten
minute drive in the other direction.

On the leisure front, the bush trail around Red Hill is an absolute delight and walking
fifteen minutes to the Lake while picking up a coffee on the way at the Yarralumla village
has made our stay here a rewarding and relaxing time.

We are very sad to be leaving, but our circumstances have changed and we are going to
greatly miss the attraction of this quiet retreat.
