House is a large 4 x 2 brick and tile with fully ducted air conditioning slate floors two living areas your own toilet and bathroom with bath wood fire large powered workshop lock up garage alarm security windows and doors large back yard etc etc. I will be living at the premises until Sept/Oct 2012 conducting minor refurbishments such as painting carpets re-sealing floor landscaping etc before moving out. At this time the tenants are able to move out or take over the lease of the entire house.Pet friendly to correct applicant – I have a dog who will be living there also with my partner and I.
