My house is opposite a park in a quiet location in Greenfields, Mandurah.

The room on offer can come with a double bed if required. I am looking for someone that works FIFO or a hospitality worker so this doesn’t clash with my time home.

All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush it is a share bathroom so a person who likes the odd beer would be great.

Rent quoted is for someone on a 2/1 roster as I am only back each one week in three. A higher rent would apply if you are not FIFO. Utilities are an estimate only mainly for gas and electric as Internet is fairly fixed.

Reasonably neat people need only apply.

800m from a Jetts if your into the gym and 2 mins by car to Mandurah Forum, 5 to Mandurah station and near a public transport.
