Lovely air conditioned home in the beautiful, peaceful and convenient suburb of Dawesville (Near Mandurah). No additional bills or outgoings. All meals, washing, ironing etc provided.

You would have two rooms with your own toilet and bathroom. Accommodation comprising of small lounge with new TV/DVD and Foxtel, plus separate double bedroom. Both rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished, however own furniture maybe ok if preferred. You would also have access to free internet.

We are a caring retired couple (both good cooks) and you would be made to feel welcome and at home. If you don?Tt drive we can take you to doctor?Ts appointments etc. Public transport is close by and lots of lovely walks within minutes. There is a very sheltered garden and patio area. Smoking ok outdoors.
