Im a 22 yr old male and i am the owner of the house, i work fulltime and some times do flyin fly out work . There are 4 rooms in the house i would like to let 3 of them are double rooms with built in robes the other is a triple room wit no built in robe, The house has a fridge ,dishwasher, washing meachine and dryer, In the main rooms there is a 4 person theater lounge , coffie table, tv, tvcabnet, dining table with chairs , there is also a games room witch is part of the open plan lounge and dinning room with no furnisher feel free to set this up with your own funishings. There is a double lock up garage and heaps of parking out the frount thats has all been concreted , In the back yard there is a large patio the full leanth of the house with lawn and some furit trees, The house is only 4 yrs old and still very modern .
