Hi there: I have a large, new 4 x 2 house in the front section of Dalyellup. 5 mins drive to TAFE, ECU and hospitals. 10 mins drive to centre of Bunbury.

There are three spacious bedrooms available for rent – fully furnished (single bed, desk, chair, night table, bookcase, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe).

Currently, there is one female boarder – who has lived here for 13 months. To ensure privacy, I normally rent the rooms to females.

We have a clean, quiet, secure, non-smoking house. No pets. Air conditioned. Secure parking spot available in a double garage with remote. Also, designated bays on side of road. Six minute walk to TAFE bus and 8 minute walk to city bus.

$150 per week per person for medium-size single room.
$160 per week per person for larger-size single room.
$200 per week for double room with ensuite (for 1 occupant) – presently rented.

This includes electricity, gas and water. Plus, free internet in each bedroom. Rent also includes detergents, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I also supply 2 sets of bed linen. Plenty of fridge, freezer and pantry space per person (separate shelves).

A Security Bond of two weeks rent is required.
