I have a room to rent for a short time frame. Nicely furnished with own bathroom/toilet. Unit is walking distance from the CBD, close to public transport and shopping centre. I work fulltime and keep busy with gym classes,sporting fixtures and a social drink/dinner with friends when I can. I have a medium sized dog (10 years old) who is allowed in the house. You would need to like dogs to handle this. Prefer female professional, age range 25-35. Please only non smokers contact me!
