My name is Brady I am 26 years old and I have a room available to rent in my house for $130 per week. My house is located in Kingston (Australind) it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, patio, decent sized backyard and a large living area. I need a housemate who is clean, realiable, independent, trustworthy and preferably under the age of 30. I have two medium sized dogs they are well trained and well behaved, I do let them inside the house when only when I am home. Water, gas and electricity bills are to be split between us both.
