Hi I’m Brady 25 year old male and I have 1 room available for rent in my house in Kingston. I have been in my house which I built for 18 months and is almost complete apart from not having lawn in the front or backyards which I should have complete by the end of September. Housemate must be independent, clean and trustworthy and able to pay the rent each week, as well as pay half of the electricity and gas bills. I also have two dogs who I often let inside when I am home. Also have foxtel.
