The room available is a fully sized double room with a walk in wardrobe and air conditioning. It is upstairs as is my room and with a shared bathroom that encompasses the entire upstairs area. As stated plenty of space.

Downstairs is pretty much one very very large open area. Bamboo flooring throughout. Two storage areas exist one within the apartment and one on the garage.

A car parking spot is available. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Cat bus into town and perfectly located between Subiaco and Leederville with access to either train station.

I work in the city and walk home most evenings to relax after work. The room is not furnished.
