The room is relatively small but is fully carpeted and very clean. Includes a built-in wardrobe, cupboard, bed frame & mattress, small tv in room. Theres an empty bookshelf in the living room if you want to use it. Wireless internet. All bills included in rent. Open Air Parking available in compound. Whole apartment is carpeted and has recently been renovated.

Excellent location being next to Herdsman Lake, and close to Subiaco, Osborne Park, Innaloo, Glendolough train station and 15min to City.

$800 bond will be required. $200/ week including all bills.
