Hi, I am a working professional who has a spare bedroom to rent out in the 2 bedrooms unit in Wembley. I am looking for a single female who is neat, tidy and non smoker. The unit has been fully furnished by me, so you just have to bring/buy a bed. There is a bus stop right infront of the apartment and it is just 5 minutes ride to Subiaco, Innaloo and Glendalough train station.
