Hi, my flatmate has moved out, so a large room has become available in a lovely character cottage in North Fremantle. We’re situated between North Fremantle High St and the train line. Its a lovely old place with large rooms, wooden floorboards and a HUGE garden. Mojo’s (live music 7 nights a week), Mrs Browns, Flipside Burgers & a cafe are less than 2 minutes down the road, the beach is about a 3 minute cycle and North Fremantle train station is less than 5 mins walk away. It’s about the best little pocket of real estate going

There are only the two rooms, so ones mine, the other is yours (its unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished). I’m your pretty typical 37 year old guy. Love live music, sport, the beach and drinks with friends. I’m looking for someone who knows how to share the rent, bills and maintainence of a place. Be cool, easy going, clean and social and you’ll fit in perfectly. Happy to show you over the place, so get in touch if your interested and would like to come and have a look. Rent is currently $225 a week each, but might go up another $5 in about 8 weeks.
