Hi we have a large double room available from the 15/05/11The house is in an awesome spot backs onto a park and lake claremont is 5 min walk away. We are walking distance from the train claremont shopping center and the gym. UWA and the beach is just a 5 min drive. The city is a 10 min drive awayThe house has foxtel internet air con and hammocks in the backyard! :)The room is unfurnished but can easily fit a double bed desk drawers…or whatever you want. It also has massive built in wardrobes!You will be living with two easy going guys and a super cool girl. If you want to come and check it out give me a text/ring
