Sharing with 2 other people, one professional and one uni student who are outgoing and friendly. We are active and social and enjoy hosting the odd dinner party however are not party animals. We work hard during the week and lead busy lives with our own circle of friends so it’s not unusual not to cross paths for days at a time but it’s nice to join forces and hang out sometimes too.

We are neat and tidy and respect each others privacy. We are very trustworthy and we would like to find others who are like minded.

All bills are split evenly and we have WiFi throughout the house plus a fortnightly cleaner. The cleaner can be negotiated if you wish to share the household duties.

The house has a security gate in front of the garage and also an electronic lockable personal access gate with camera. Fully air-conditioned the house can be zoned between every room. Enjoy cooking on the charcoal BBQ in the expansive undercover outdoor alfresco area on those balmy summer evenings. Dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen with 900mm oven and gas cooktop. Washing machine and dryer provided. Lounge room has 2 x 2 seater couches with TV and TV cabinet but there is plenty of room for more furniture. Upstairs is a large 10 person dining table in the second living area. One room off the kitchen can be converted into a theatre room/chill out area/second dining area if you wish to bring some furniture with you.

The house is a low care, easy maintenance home with marble tiling throughout and floorboards in the bedrooms, granite benchtops and limited garden. Built in 2011.
