Hello We have an awesome spot located a 5 minute walk from City Beach itself. It is a large house with 4 bedrooms pool room + swimming pool dining room and large living room. Currently the house has 2 boys and 1 girl. The flat is a great hangout for all house mates and we are looking for some new comers to bring their life to the house and meet some great people. All of us have our own lives but also socially interact with each others giving it a good mix. All common areas are left tidy and each room is your own sanctum to do what you wish (within reason). Bills are split 4 ways and food is mainly your own but also share a few meals a week. Subiaco markets just down the road as well as a great location to Cott Freo and Town. CBD 10 minute drive and local shops 5 minutes down the road which has a pizzarea IGA chemist etc. Bus stop at the end of the street that takes you straight down Cambridge St toward the city. Looking for likeminded proffesionals that like to have down time during the week and get amongst from time to time on the weekends. Average age of the housemates is mid 20s.
