I am looking for a clean and respectful person to occupy two rooms that I have available. Each room is medium sized and unfurnished one has a built in wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom. The house is located in a quiet court south of the river has a smallish kitchen dinning and lounge room with a reasonable sized backyard.
