Young full-time working couple looking to rent out a room located in the new Wellard estate Emerald Park.$150 per week and that is including bills however this does not include food or internet.The house is expected to be completed by end September and moving in early-mid October.At this stage we are only looking for 1 additional housemate (couples will be considered ($125pp)) and therefore you would have your own bathroom and toilet. The room has BIR and the house has a good sized back yard.We are very friendly and easy going and hoping to find an awesome housie
