A modern, spacious and sunny 4 bedroom, single story house in a great location. Bus stop and convenience store right outside the door, train station 10 mins walk away, Coles supermarket and Victoria Park cafe strip within 5 minutes walk. The house features tiled floors, kitchen/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, study, foyer, 2 bathrooms and a patio with a BBQ. The area is close to the river – so good running and bike tracks around. There’s lots of parks in the area as well. If you have a car, there’s usually parking right outside the house. The exterior of the house is patio or mulched – so not much to do for weeding/gardening

The bedroom is large, so there’s space for your bed and other furniture – such as a bookshelf, chest of drawers, bed side table etc. It is away from the living areas and have carpet on the floors. There is a large built-in with lots of storage space and high ceilings. The rooms share a bathroom with two other people.

I’m Laura, I’m 26 and work FIFO as an enviro advisor on an 8-6 roster. My interests include hilking, climbing and travel. I enjoy cooking when I’m home – definately enjoying the beach and bbq weather at the moment. I enjoy live music and festivals – so will be getting out to some of the ones around Perth this season.

Ben, 29 is a Senior Sound Engineer and Zoe is 30 working in Hospitality. Both have recently moved from the UK. They are both moving in to the house in the next couple of weeks.
