I have a room available for a male upto 30 Years old.Prefer FIFO but may make an exception for a busy professional or student.You will be sharing with me (21 year old female) my cat(who is outdoors but sleeps inside) and a puppy (also outdoors).Situated close to trains buses shops food etc.Rent is $260 a fortnight (Including bills) and move in cost is $520- this is two weeks bond and two weeks rent. The room is a descent size and is furnished with a double bed tv dvd player tv unit and large wardrobe however we can move these items if you wish.
