I will be moving into a beautiful apartment in Cockburn Central on 19/1/13. The room will be available however on 02/02/13.I will be furnishing the apartment myself – so everything will be supplied (just maybe not complete right away).ABOUT THE APARTMENT: – Second floor apartment- Two bedrooms- Two bathrooms- Open plan kitchen- Gas cooktop- Dishwasher- Reverse cycle air-conditioning- Laundry- Clothes dryer- Balcony- Secure car bay (I will be having the car bay but there is street parking).ABOUT YOUR ROOM:- Built in robes (mirrored sliding doors)- Would fit a double/queen size bed (cant remember precise measurements)- Plus you also get your own (not en-suite) bathroom and toilet (nice big showers)* I will be having the main bedroom and en-suiteCOSTS:- $250 per week- Bills shared equally- 4 Weeks rent as bond- Must pay 2 weeks rent in advance IM LOOKING FOR:- Preferably female (sorry but females tend to be cleaner)- Age 24 to 34- Must be super clean and tidy- Working full-time (preferably)- Someone looking to stay a minimum of 3-6 months at least*You will need to fill in an application form and apply through the Real Estate for the final part of being approved.ABOUT ME:- Im 26- Single- Female- I work full-time in the fitness industry- Not a party animal but I dont sit around the house doing nothing- OCD to the max!
