Hi my name is Christie I’m a 23 year old full time Engineer, my roommate has recently decided to move to karatha for work and is relocating there in the next few days, so I need a new roommate this house is massive it’s 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage
It is located in Hammond Park and is in walking distance from IGA and the Quarie (local pub) and a 5 minute drive from gateways shopping centre
I have a pet Labrador named coco his house trained and really friendly so preferably no one with pets, or kids or smokers.
I’m a fun person and am also down to party here and there but only on weekends because I work full time and my job is pretty much my life, so no party animals please
I am a clean person and enjoy staying in a clean house so I’m looking for someone who is like minded when it comes to that
Also I would prefer a FIFO worker but I’m not too fussed
Rent will be $250 a week plus split bills but if you work FIFO you don’t have to pay the bills for the weeks you aren’t home
