Hi I have a room to rent in St James. Its really central to the CBD (only an 8 minute drive). In fact its pretty close to most everything in Perth except the beach and Fremantle.About me; I am a 30yo caucasian male I work fulltime as a high school Mathematics teacher in Perth. I have just got back from teaching overseas in China for 3 years and am loving being back and enjoying the good weather. I work hard during the week and exercise etc but like to go out and and socialise on the weekend. I like speaking chinese too so if you can speak chinese or are learning that would certainly be a bonus not an essential though obviously!Regards Asif.
