Looking for a tidy, reliable person to rent the spare room room in my house. House is currently tenanted with 2 guys. Room can come furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe or unfurnished if you prefer. Full use of kitchen, laundry & lounge facilities, house is close to shops, transport & parking available. $140 per week excluding bills.
