Hi potential flatmates,

I’ve recently moved into my own home and I would love to share it with the right person! So why you may ask did I buy this apartment after weeks of searching and looking at dozens of places? Simple, location, location, location. I’ve always loved South Perth since moving to Perth 9 years ago and when it came to buying there was no other choice! It literally takes me 5mins to get to the city by bus or ferry and it is only 5km if you would like to walk/run or bike it. The buses run late and stop right outside the apartment block. The estate is beautifully kept with 2 security gates and a stunning entertaining area that looks right out over the river and the city. There is even a private access gate that leads straight down to the foreshore! And if you like views, you should see the views from the balcony of the apartment itself or even while sitting on the couch sipping a glass of wine or having a beer while watching tv! Trust me.The shops and cafe’s are a 2 min stroll away too! The best feeling is getting home, driving up the carpark and seeing the view of the city and river right in front of you. Everything in the apartment is new – tv, fridge, microwave, couch, etc. There’s a great living and dining area and a fairly big kitchen and bathroom. My iPhone pictures don’t do the rooms justice :)

About the room itself, it comes fully furnished but if you have your own stuff we can work it out. It’s basically set up for someone to move in straight away hassle free. It has a brand new double bed and mattress with side tables and a wardrobe – it even has new sheets and pillows!

A bit about me (that’s me in the pic) – I’m 27, female and I work in the city as a lawyer (don’t judge). I am pretty low key on school nights and will go out for the occasional dinner or come home to cook (I love cooking) and I like a glass of wine or beer to finish up the day once in a while. I like going out on the weekends and love to keep active. Seeing as I now live on the river I am thinking of buying a kayak which will help me train to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in October. I also love watching sports but won’t judge anyone who doesn’t nor will I impose it on you haha.

If any of the above interests you or you would like to know more please feel free to call me, text me or email and I will get back to you asap! I look forward to meeting you! Oh I forgot to mention that there is wifi as well :)

Thanks! Cass
