Hi we have a queen room available for rent furnished or unfurnished room . .Im a 26 male who works in the city while the other flat mate is pommy trader. I play rugby he plays football so we are always out and about doing things looking for a chilled out person whos clean (not completely anal) and likes to have a laugh and take the piss We deal directly with the land lord and they are really sweet so things are pretty easy The complex has a basic gym and a mean large free bbq and swimming pool area. there is also a conference room with a table tennis and pool table. There is two secure car parking spots which one would be yours. The apartment is 25 Melville parade in South Perth three buss run past also 5 min down the road is the Ferry Windsor many little award winning restaurants two bottle shops and an IGA. Its about 7 minutes to Perth CBD and about two minutes to the highway going north or south so pretty central.Rent is 220 pw and we play fortnightly we pay 35 for foxtel a month and power comes in at about $30-50 per month.
