My room is available again after my flatmate is returning to Brisbane.The apartment is a 3 x 2 2nd floor apartment in a quiet South Perth complex. Off Street locked parking with pool games room and gym in the complex. Large balcony with uninterrupted views accross the river to Matilda Bay. Apartment is fully furnished with my furniture and all you would need is your won bed and linen etc. 5 minutes walk to transport (inc ferry to Perth) and shops. Room has built in robe and easily fits queen size bed. 2nd bathroom is also the laundry. Clothes Dryer also in this room. Kitchen has Dishwasher and Gas hot plates. I also have Foxtel connected
