Hi! My name is Emma, I live in a house in South Perth with my boyfriend and another male friend (and his cat) and we are looking for a new FEMALE flatmate! The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and two living areas. We’ve also got a laundry machine, Wifi and Foxtel.

Rent is paid monthly at $390 per person and we split all bills four ways. The room is fairly small but it is furnished with a queen bed, a wardrobe and a bedside. We can take all the furniture out if you would rather have it unfurnished. Within a 3 min drive from the house you’ll find Coles, IGA, a pub, a servo, the zoo and various cafes and restaurants. There is a bus stop pretty much across the street that will take you in to the city in about ten mins. There is also space for a car, either on the driveway or on the street.

About us:
I am 23 y o from Sweden currently working part time in Cottesloe. My boyfriend is a 29 y o Aussie working FIFO. The other guy is 30, Scottish/Aussie, and he is studying and working part time. We are all very friendly and social and enjoy having a few drinks on the weekend and maybe play some ping pong or go out somewhere
