I am in a great location in South Perth walking distance from the foreshore supermarket cafes and a quick bus ride to the city. The rent includes the bills and internet. A little about me: I am 26 years old i am very down to earth and i enjoy keeping fit at the gym and doing yoga. I like to keep my home clean and tidy and i am very respectful of others. I work full time in retail and when im at home i like to relax and enjoy sitting in the sun with a good book.A bit about the room: My unit is on the bottom floor in a quiet well maintained complex. The room is suitable for a double bed but a queen size can be squeezed in! There is no wardrobe but i have a clothes rail available to use.
