I am looking for one or two housemates to share renting the 3 bedroom house my brother is moving out from in Shoalwater on 6th Nov. I would offer one girl two rooms for $160/w or two people a room each for $100/w each. I would need interest straight away to present a valid application ASAP. So far I have favour with the agent through my brothers recommendation.I am also looking for other possibilities to share accomodation in the Rockingham area that allow room for my furniture and a good balance between personal space and friendly interaction. I can get rid of a lot of my things if need be but am keen to hang on to and use my fridge washing machine electronic organ (prferably in a private space) bed dresser and couches. I can manage up to $200/w but really prefer to keep it below $180 I am allergic to most pets. Im happy to have visitors and occasional entertaining as long as it is done respectfully.
