Walk in pantry + your own bar fridge and freezer for yourself. Own bathroom (doubles as laundry) + the main bedroom AND another room which can be used as a storage or small study. Dont care about gender or sexual orientation just that you can pay your rent and bills on time!! Tenant will be required to sign a document to this affect and pay 4 weeks bond (sorry – weve had a bad experience when we trusted people to do the right thing). About us – were both working and are pretty cool people who are just looking for someone cruisy and housebroken. P
